Does anyone remember an intro that involved different coloured lights, a starry background and a rooster??? It’s been driving me crazy trying to remember!

I’ve been googling “spinning star/ old tv spinning start/…etc” trying to look for this freakin tv logo, and I FOUND IT! This Hanna-Barbara logo is one of those that never left my mind. Something about the sound and that star. VERY NICE FIND!

OMG. I haven’t seen that Metromedia 11 logo since I was a kid. Ironically the ‘11′ was used in Los Angeles as KTTV as well, and the last time I’ve seen that was probably the early 70’s. Great job in shoing it again.

I love these things. Really a shame that we don’t have stuff like this on tv today. I think that Disney home video logo from the 80s is really cool. I wish they still used it.

I think I prefer these to the super-crisp, high post-tech, post-modern logos that they use so much today. There seems to be something more authentic in these. Course, maybe it just reminds me of childhood, too.
