   I saw this documentary this weekend and it is SO GOOD. I am so happy for their newfound success after working so hard all these years. They never sold out and they played true metal all this time!

   Anvil is on the Tonight Show October 6 for their network television debut!!! I hope they sell a zillion records!!!!

    Ive got to give it to rob & lips they have stayed true! This shows the real hardship of being in a band!I hope the movie isn,t a parody of the band,because they had the goods!”FORGED IN FIRE”their third album(my favorite) was world class metal for it’s time! produce by Chris Tsangaridis Thin Lizzy,Tygers of Pantang,JUDAS PRIEST’S” PAINKILLER”!Hopefully this movie brings them some recognition for so many years of dedication!

    Absolutely undeniable.

    From age 14 to their 50’s … Lips & Robb Reiner pursuing their dream for over 36 years!

    THIRTY-SIX YEARS!!!

    I have nothing but the utmost respect for them. They didn’t get their break when all the other bands in the 80’s got theirs.

    Maybe, they finally get their due. I tell ya what, it’s probably a helluva lot sweeter in their 50’s than it would be in their 20’s.

    You don’t truly appreciate the summit … unless you’ve worked your way up from the very bottom.

    Looks great, I can’t really compare this to Iron Maiden’s Flight 666 documentary as it up to this point is the best metal documentary I have seen. This one is more of a story about life.
