What’s the best, inexpensive way to place my logo on gift boxes?

I need an affordable solution to place my logo on gift boxed merchandise I ship to my customers. I already have the boxes, so I can’t have them printed. I’ve been using white labels printed with my color logo. They look tacky, though. I’ve thought about small hang tags to tie into the bow. Any ideas? Thanks!

See if you can make copies of these Logos this like from a home printer. You would need to order only one then copy them off.

Try to find some place that makes custom rubber stampers. Make sure you buy a couple just in case and make sure your logo is large and legible. I’d say at least 3 inches across. After that all you have to worry about is paying for ink, which is very inexpensive. Try to use an interesting color. It looks good to if you stamp it good and its very quick plus anyone can do it. I use a custom stamp on my art and paintings. Very authentic! I’m sure your customers will like.

Not sure if this would work it might depend upon the surface of the box but have you thought about a high quality custom rubber stamp? Not one of those self-inking types like you get for your address, a real rubber stamp with a handle and an ink pad?
It also seems to me there used to be a way to have things printed on a spool and then you would take and rub the image off onto the paper and such. Or maybe I am making that up…
Another resource you may not have thought of is a local craft shop, the kind with scrap booking supplies and such. People that run those places are pretty sharp when it comes to things like this.

The rubber stamp idea is a really great one because you can use it for ink AND for embossing! Oooh and pretty velvet ribbon with your logo embossed into it would be GORGEOUS!
I would look into having printed tissue paper made. That way you have double impact to the consumer.
They also make clear labels instead of white ones… you could try that.
You could decoupage your logo onto the box. I’m not sure how many boxes you are looking to do so I tried to give you a variety of options.

Hi! There is a website I use that offers all sorts of stationery products & business cards, fliers, etc. They often times offer products free & you pay only shipping. One added benefit is that you can upload your own image to their products, so if you already have a logo–there you go! The website is
I have an email with “free” offers in it, would you like me to email it to you? Just let me know, and good luck!
