How do you create a logo for a website against a company without using the company’s logo?

It seems to be illegal to use the company’s logo as a logo for a website against it. Any suggestions on how to create a logo against the company?

Design your own logo, and make sure it’s not too much like the company’s logo, or you’ll be sued.

If your intent is parody, then their is no copyright infraction. If it’s straight “the company sucks” website, you should have a graphic designer develop a logo that is similar to the other logo without being an exact copy. You should be able to argue, if sued, that the logo itself is intended as parody, even if the website is not a parody.

Draw your own, and not like the other, even using a Trademark/Copyrighted Logo altered is getting to close to sues me please.
If you wish to complain about a Company, do so, that is still allowed. But do not use any Copyrighted or Trademarked Materials.
